1 HOUR ASSESSMENT/CONSULTATION
Unsure about a particular issue or movement?
Want some guidance on exactly how and when to re-introduce something?
In this 1-hour strategy session we will meet via Zoom and dig into the individualized help you need.
Prior to the session you will fill out an extensive questionnaire so we can use our hour digging into the good stuff.
I will also follow up with a written report to summarize our session so you can focus on the session and not worry about remembering everything or taking notes.
